"Holds more than I expected"
I picked this up for beach days, it holds a good amount. I can fit drinks and snacks for 2-3 people without any issue. I do kinda wish it had just a little more room, but overall it’s been really handy

"Uncomfortable and not worth the wait"
I was already annoyed by how long I had to wait for this to arrive, and then it ended up being really uncomfortable to carry. It digs into my shoulder badly, even after just a short time. Definitely not something I’d want to use regularly.

"Ice melted way too fast"
Took this on a short day trip and by the afternoon most of the ice had already turned to water. disappointing. Whoever runs this really needs to rethink the claims because it definitely didn’t hold up like I expected.

"Pretty easy to clean after being out all day"
My IceMule cooler has been way easier to clean than I thought it’d be. I usually just rinse it out, give the inside a quick wipe, and leave it open to dry. So far no weird smells or anything, even after beach trips and random snacks getting spilled in there. Just makes it a lot less annoying to use.

"Fell apart after just a couple trips"
I was really hoping this would last longer, but after only two trips the zipper broke on me. I also started noticing the stitching coming loose already, which was disappointing. I didn’t expect it to fall apart that quickly.

"Good idea, but a bit awkward when packed"
I got this mainly for beach trips and was hoping it would be easier to carry around. It does hold what I need, and the straps are decent, so it’s not a total miss. But once it’s full, the weight feels kind of uneven on my back and it gets uncomfortable if I’m walking with it for a while. I’ll still use it, but I expected it to be a little more convenient and comfortable to carry.

"Ice held up well"
I used it over the weekend and the ice stayed cold for most of the day, with a little still left overnight. It’s not perfect, and I kind of wish there was more info or support when I had questions because I felt a bit ignored, but overall it did a solid job...

"So much for being waterproof"
I took this out on my first trip, expecting it to keep my stuff dry like it claimed. But nope—everything ended up getting wet. Isn’t the whole point that it’s supposed to be waterproof? Disappointing...

"Trying to buy a cooler was way more annoying than it should’ve been"
I was just trying to order a cooler, but the website made it such a hassle. Pages were loading really slowly, the menu felt all over the place, and then checkout kept sending me back to steps I’d already done. That part was weird. After fighting with it for a bit, I just gave up. It really shouldn’t be that hard to buy something online

"No leaks in my truck so far"
I figured this might leak a bit rolling around in my truck, but so far it’s been solid. Held ice water just fine and I haven’t noticed any leaks yet

"Customer service felt like talking to a robot"
I tried getting help with an order issue, and it took way too long for anyone to get back to me. When they finally did reply, it felt like a robot was answering emails, because the response didn’t really match what I had asked at all.
I ended up having to repeat the same details again, and even then I never got a real answer. Super frustrating, especially when all I wanted was a simple fix. If this is what their support is like, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

The cooler works fine overall, but like I said, it’s just kind of annoying to pack. It’s bulkier than I expected and doesn’t really fold down neatly in my bag. I got it thinking it would be easier to stash for travel, but like I said, it takes up more space than I wanted

"Wanted to like it, but it didn’t last..."
I really wanted this cooler to work out, but it just didn’t hold up for me. After only a few trips, the seams started looking worn, and it wasn’t holding air the way it did at first. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot tougher... just kind of disappointing.

"Too expensive for what it is"
The cooler works fine, but i don’t think the quality matches the price at all. I’m careful about where I spend my money, and this just didn’t feel like a smart buy for me. It does the job, but for what they’re charging, I expected a lot more...
